Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Alpha-Wire FCT-11A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ametek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alstom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Alpha product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ametek such as the TTMC1921A10AS1C1921PCBA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the pib201a3bec0067c manufactured by Alstom and we are pleased to be able to service most Alstom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LP090MO110111 by Manufacturer Alpha as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ametek Brand SC1150 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ambitech such as SS4A25L45M equipment made by Ambitech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ambitech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ambitech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 115762 made by Ametek as well as the popular 880RA original spares produced by Amatrol

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G2120LN4AV1 by Ami and SS4A25L45M spares by Ambitech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IB23006Q3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ametek.
